Mary Boughton, Vice-President of Global Engagement at Catalyst
Mary Boughton is responsible for strategic engagement with Catalyst members. Working in Sunnyvale, California, she recruits, develops, and supports Catalyst member organizations by making them aware of Catalyst resources, and by organizing and conducting events on topics related to Catalyst research, that include inclusive leadership, women in STEM, women in leadership, women's contributions to corporate financial performance, workplace challenges for diverse women, LGBT, and men as advocates for inclusion. Mary spent 14 years in sales at CompuServe Network Services, Inc. an international provider of business-to-business networking products and services. She then joined Accenture, where she focused on researching and presenting opportunities for new client engagements. In 2002, Mary elected to bring her passion, corporate experience, and business skills to nonprofit management.

Hannah Kay Herdlinger , Women's Empowerment and Nonprofit Operations
Hannah Kay Herdlinger is Head of Operations at LeanIn.Org, a nonprofit organization committed to empowering all women to achieve their ambitions. Before LeanIn.Org, Hannah Kay was one of the founding members of Facebook’s Washington DC office. Previously, she served as the scheduler to United States Senator Mark Pryor, where she established a mentorship program for incoming schedulers. Hannah Kay graduated with a Speech Communications Degree from the University of Georgia and left college with a passion for helping others. Hannah Kay is as a mentor to the University of Georgia students, a volunteer for the National Epilepsy Foundation, and is a certified coach through the Coach Training Alliance.

Marie Perruchet is a former journalist and news correspondent for the BBC and other international media outlets. She just published the book "One Perfect Pitch" on the art of pitching at McGraw-Hill. In the book, she shows you how to pitch your story so that you get buy-in from colleagues and potential investors. Marie coaches top-level executives and CEOs from renowned international institutions and works with technology companies on improving their pitch, storytelling, messaging and product design. Born in South Korea, she grew up in Normandy and lived in numerous countries around the world. She practices martial arts, salsa and has a 7-year old daughter.

Leah McGowen-Hare is an accomplished and dynamic Master Technical Trainer with industry leader, Salesforce. She has more than twenty years of experience in the technology field; mastering a variety of roles including Consultant, Developer, Manager and Technical Trainer, and she uses her knowledge and experience to demystify and make technology more accessible to customers. The scope of her work has included systems integration, system implementations and conversions for leading companies in human resources, health care and financial services. Additionally, she uses her experience to help reduce the digital divide by working with youth, girls, and communities of color through organizations such as LIFE Course, Girls Who Code and BlackGirls Code.

Lydia Tan is a Senior Vice President at Bentall Kennedy, a real estate investment manager, with responsibility for development activity in the Western United States.Prior to joining Bentall Kennedy in 2014, Lydia was Director of Northern California Operations at Related California, where she spearheaded the development of a $2 billion pipeline of projects and oversaw the creation of 7,900 affordable and mixed income homes, plus large scale redevelopment efforts throughout California. Ms. Tan is a member of the Board of Directors of the S.H. Cowell Foundation, and the Northern California Community Loan Fund. She also sits on the Board of SPUR, the Executive Committee of the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition, the Dean’s Advisory Council for UC Berkeley’s College of Environmental Design, and the Stanford Real Estate Council. Lydia holds BA in Architecture from University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from Stanford University, and she is a Registered Architect in California.

Jane Nevins graduated from Stanford in 2005 with a degree in Feminist Studies. Jane has a broad background in startups and is a Marketing Manager for a software development company. Her specialties are content marketing and writing. Outside of work, Jane volunteers with the Junior League of San Francisco and the Transgender Law Center. Jane looks forward to attending the Stanford Journalism program in the the Fall of 2016.

She is also passionate about increasing the representation of women in power and works at that goal by fundraising for, supporting, and electing women to California state offices as the current Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for The California Women’s List. Previously she held analytical roles in finance, film, and technology and graduated from Boston University with an Independent Concentration in Cultural Analysis and South Asian Studies, a self-designed honors undergraduate degree.
